Eligible Refunds:
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags.
- Request for return/refund must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be initiated only after the product passes a quality check.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made to your bank account via NEFT/UPI.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized/altered products.
- Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive items.
- Clearance/Sale products (unless damaged/defective).
