Refund Policy

We take utmost care in ensuring quality, but if you are not satisfied, we have a simple return and refund process.

Eligible Refunds:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags.
  • Request for return/refund must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the product passes a quality check.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made to your bank account via NEFT/UPI.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized/altered products.
  • Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Clearance/Sale products (unless damaged/defective).
